The Barwon Heads house steps down the gentle dune slope. A solid internal wall divides two sides of the house with occupiable external timber walls creating deep threshold spaces to the garden. Openings in the internal block work wall allow for the two sides of the house to be more or less connected depending on the way that the house is being used. The house is in the final stages of completion with small garden structures being constructed along with indigenous planting to encourage inhabitation of the garden.
